Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada only.

Certain products can be purchased directly from the website and shipping rates are automatically added to the purchase at checkout, based on the weight and dimensions of the product and shipping location.

For products for that require external shipping quotes, an Add to Quote button is provided. The Add to Quote list is submitted to the Furever Clean Dog Wash Sales Department once the customer fills in and Submits the Send Request form. Furever Clean Dog Wash will respond directly to the customer by email with the total cost of their selection including shipping and taxes.

We use Canada Post only for website purchases. For quotes processed outside of the website shop we use LTL Freightera Broker rates.

For website shop purchases, the average handling time is 2 days. For purchases processed outside of the website shop, handling time ranges from  7-15 days.

Average shipping time for website shop purchases is 5 days. Average shipping time for purchases processed outside of the website shop, is 7-10 days.
