Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Furever Clean (https://fureverclean.ca).

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased from our online store.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations will only be accepted prior to products being shipped or in the case of K9000 dog wash machines and buildings, being processed for construction.

In all cases, you will be refunded your full payment minus an administration fee of $25 and any foreign exchange and bank processing fees if applicable. Any negotiated cancellation beyond that mentioned, will incur a 20% cancellation fee and a credit not a refund.

Please contact us during normal business hours (M-F 8:30 am to 4:30pm PST) at 250-2179433 or email your invoice number and contact information to info@fureverclean.ca to process your cancellation.  Within 3 business days you will receive confirmation from us as to the status of your order.

Returns

You are responsible for checking your product when it arrives. Please take the following steps:

1) Check the box for damage

2) Make sure the product name and SKU match your invoice

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the product

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once your washing appliance or vending machine is installed, it can’t be returned.

We will process a Return under the following conditions:

  • Report any damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Please contact us during normal business hours (M-F 8:30 am to 4:30pm PST) at 250-2179433 or email your invoice number and contact information to info@fureverclean.ca
  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 business days of the date on which it was purchased
  • Defected items must be covered within that product’s warranty period (if an applicable warranty exists)
  • You complete the Furever Clean Return Document and provided any required photographic evidence, and we are satisfied that the reason for the return is acceptable. Please contact us during normal business hours (M-F 8:30 am to 4:30pm PST) at 250-2179433 or email your invoice number and contact information to info@fureverclean.ca to obtain a Return Document
  • The item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. If the item’s packing is too damaged to return, then similar packaging must be used. In rare cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee
  • When shipping a returned product, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code must be clearly marked on the outside of the item’s packaging and a RMA document completed and included inside the packaging with the merchandise. Please contact us during normal business hours (M-F 8:30 am to 4:30pm PST) at 250-2179433 or email your invoice number and contact information to info@fureverclean.ca to obtain an RMA
  • We will not accept returned merchandise without an RMA being issued by us prior to shipping the item back to us
  • You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to return the merchandise to the location from where the product was dispatched. Furever Clean Dog Wash will advise the appropriate address. This could be our office at unit 2, 1250 Newport Ave, Victoria, British Columbia, V8S 5E7, Canada, or one of our manufacturer’s locations or handling warehouses in Canada or the USA.

A few items can’t be returned, including:

  • Customized Gift cards
  • Food items such as Vending treats
  • Spares are only returnable if unused
  • Shampoo products which have expired or are within 90 days of their expiry date
  • Dog Wash Buildings and K9000 Dog Wash machines
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Defective items that are outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period. Warranty periods vary per product. Please contact us during normal business hours (M-F 8:30 am to 4:30pm PST) at 250-2179433 or email us at info@fureverclean.ca to find out the warranty conditions for the product you are purchasing
  • Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded.

Refund Options

For cancellations accepted prior to products being shipped or in the case of K9000 dog wash machines and buildings, being processed for construction, you can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method (minus an administration fee of $25 and any foreign exchange and bank processing fees if applicable or any return shipping cost if you required shipping pickup services).
