Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Warranty Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
Purpose
This policy governs returns, refunds, cancellations, deposits, warranties, customer responsibilities and limitations of liability for all products sold by Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc.
By placing an order, paying a deposit, accepting a quotation, or purchasing any product from Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
Return Authorization and Approval
All return requests require prior written authorization from Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc.
Submission of a return request does not guarantee acceptance. Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, refuse, limit, or impose conditions on any return request.
No product may be returned without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
The decision of Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. regarding acceptance or rejection of any return request shall be final.
Return Eligibility
Approved stock items may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused and uninstalled;
- The item remains in original packaging;
- The item is in resalable condition;
- All accessories, manuals, hardware and components are included;
- Proof of purchase is provided; and
- Written return authorization has been obtained.
Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund. All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Customer Change of Mind, Pricing and Purchasing Decisions
Returns, refunds, exchanges, credits or cancellations will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
- The customer changes their mind after placing an order;
- The customer no longer requires the product;
- The customer orders the incorrect product, model, size, colour, configuration or option;
- The customer fails to review product specifications, dimensions, installation requirements or compatibility prior to purchase;
- The customer finds the same or a similar product at a lower price from another supplier, distributor, manufacturer or retailer;
- Another supplier offers promotional pricing, discounts, incentives or special offers after an order has been placed;
- The customer experiences delays related to site preparation, permitting, construction, financing or scheduling.
Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. does not offer refunds, credits, compensation or price adjustments based on lower prices, promotional offers, discounts or competitive pricing that become available after an order has been placed.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange except where required by applicable law:
- K9000 Dog Wash Systems;
- K9000 Bike Wash Systems;
- Build-A-Bath products;
- Grooming tubs and bathing systems;
- Grooming tables;
- Spa baths and hydrotherapy systems;
- Imported equipment;
- Custom-built products;
- Made-to-order products;
- Special-order products;
- Buildings and structures;
- Installed equipment;
- Replacement parts ordered specifically for a customer;
- Opened consumables, shampoos, conditioners and chemicals;
- Clearance merchandise;
- Sale merchandise;
- Final-sale items.
Imported and Custom Equipment
Products imported, manufactured, customized, engineered or procured specifically for a customer are deemed custom orders.
Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once:
- Production has commenced;
- Engineering or customization has begun;
- A purchase order has been issued;
- An order has been placed with a manufacturer or supplier;
- Materials have been ordered;
- Shipping arrangements have commenced.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- K9000 Dog Wash Systems;
- K9000 Bike Wash Systems;
- Build-A-Bath products;
- Grooming tubs;
- Grooming tables;
- Spa baths;
- Imported equipment;
- Special-order equipment.
Deposits and Special Orders
Deposits paid toward custom-built, imported, special-order, manufactured-to-order or non-stock products are non-refundable once production, procurement, customization, engineering, shipping arrangements or supplier commitments have commenced.
Where Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. has placed an order with a manufacturer or supplier on behalf of a customer, the customer remains responsible for all costs incurred by Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc.
Any deposit paid may be retained in full to offset such costs.
Order Cancellations
Stock items may be cancelled prior to shipment, subject to any costs already incurred.
Custom-built, imported, manufactured-to-order and special-order products generally cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.
If a cancellation is exceptionally approved, the customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc., including administrative fees, supplier cancellation fees, freight charges and any non-recoverable expenses.
Customer Responsibility for Return Costs
Customers are solely responsible for all costs associated with approved returns, including:
- Shipping;
- Freight;
- Insurance;
- Packaging materials;
- Customs charges;
- Duties;
- Brokerage fees;
- Handling charges;
- Return transportation costs.
Original shipping, freight, customs, brokerage and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Products returned freight collect will be refused.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Any visible freight damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
Claims for shipping damage must be reported to Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must include photographs of:
- The packaging;
- The pallet (if applicable);
- The damaged product;
- Any shipping labels.
Failure to report freight damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the original purchase price.
The applicable restocking fee shall be determined by Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. based on the nature, condition and return costs associated with the product.
Inspection of Returned Goods
All approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. reserves the right to issue:
- A full refund;
- A partial refund;
- Store credit; or
- No refund.
Products showing signs of installation, use, damage, abuse, modification, contamination, excessive wear or missing components may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
Customer Site Readiness
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all site requirements are completed before delivery, including:
- Electrical requirements;
- Plumbing requirements;
- Drainage requirements;
- Building permits;
- Municipal approvals;
- Accessibility requirements;
- Installation preparation.
Delays caused by site readiness issues do not qualify for cancellation, refund or compensation.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are separate from return requests.
Warranty coverage is limited to the terms provided with the applicable product and does not include:
- Improper installation;
- Misuse or abuse;
- Neglect;
- Freezing damage;
- Water quality issues;
- Lack of maintenance;
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery.
Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement parts or other remedies determined by Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. and/or the original manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. for any claim relating to a product shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that product.
Under no circumstances shall Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. be liable for:
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of revenue;
- Loss of business opportunity;
- Loss of goodwill;
- Downtime;
- Labour costs;
- Installation costs;
- Removal costs;
- Indirect damages;
- Incidental damages;
- Consequential damages.
Force Majeure
Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. shall not be liable for delays, failures or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Transportation disruptions;
- Supplier shortages;
- Manufacturing delays;
- Labour disputes;
- Customs delays;
- Government actions;
- Natural disasters;
- Pandemics;
- Severe weather events;
- Utility failures.
Policy Interpretation
Furever Clean Dog Wash Inc. reserves the right to interpret and apply this policy in all circumstances.
Any exception granted in one instance shall not constitute a waiver of rights or establish a precedent for future transactions.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
